These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Client") and One Login Digital Media ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of https://oldlms.com and our lead marketplace services.

By registering an account, topping up your wallet, or purchasing leads on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• To access the marketplace and purchase leads, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Marketplace Services and Lead Purchases

• Our marketplace provides verified business opportunities, project requirements, and customer leads across various categories (including UPVC Doors & Windows, Furniture, Aluminium, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• All leads listed on the marketplace are sold on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Once a lead is purchased by a buyer, it is marked as "Sold" and is immediately unlisted from general availability.
• Upon successful lead purchase, the buyer receives access to the customer contact information, requirements, and call recording proof (where available).

3. Buyer Wallet and Payments

• Lead purchases on the marketplace are executed via the Buyer Wallet system.
• Buyers can top up their wallet balance using authorized digital payment methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) processed securely via Razorpay.
• All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹).
• Once a lead purchase is confirmed, the corresponding lead price is deducted from your active wallet balance.

4. User Conduct and Fair Usage

When using our platform and contacting customer leads, you agree that:

• You will communicate with lead contacts in a professional, courteous, and lawful manner.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or share purchased lead contact details with unauthorized third parties.
• You will not use automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to compromise platform availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, trademarks, software code, UI designs, and database architectures on oldlms.com and onelogindigitalmedia.com are the exclusive intellectual property of One Login Digital Media and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

While One Login Digital Media takes rigorous measures to verify all buyer inquiries and contact leads before listing, the Company does not guarantee the final commercial closing, conversion rate, or contract execution between the buyer and the lead customer. In no event shall One Login Digital Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
